SUSHI MASTERCLASS FOLLOWED BY LUNCH
With 35 years of experience, Chef Kazuro is a recognized “Shokunin” – a master of the exquisite edomae sushi cuisine which takes freshness to the next level. On Wednesday, March 28, 2018, Chef Takanashi will guide aspiring amateur chefs through how to cook sushi rice according to his special recipe. Plus how to cut fish, and make traditional sushi and sushi rolls to professional standards.
The Japanese culinary masterclass takes place at Kisso Japanese restaurant’s sushi counter from 10:00-11:30 hours, allowing plenty of time to ask questions and get tips. The chance to enjoy the sushi and the “Kiroro Express Lunch Gozen” at the restaurant follows:
